100% of the materials fee goes to our primary, hands-on curriculum supplier.
This covers the physical learning materials, themed activities, and classroom resources your child uses daily.
We also include Rayz Kidz, our digital, play-based learning platform, at no additional cost—so families receive two curriculum experiences for the price of one.
This approach reduces teacher planning burnout and allows our educators to focus on what matters most: engaging with children, guiding play, and supporting development.
This ensures your child receives engaging materials, consistent learning, and attentive, high-quality care every day, within the warm, personal environment that defines Mechita.

We use the Spanish version of the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2)—a globally trusted, research-based developmental screening system used by educators, pediatric providers, and early learning programs worldwide—to track your child’s language growth, social-emotional development, and key developmental milestones.
Parents complete the questionnaires in their child’s primary language within the first two weeks of enrollment. ASQ tools are designed for children from 1 month through 60 months (5 years), allowing us to monitor progress across the most critical early learning years.
We review results during Parent-Teacher Conferences held about 12 weeks after enrollment and again approximately 6 weeks before graduation, where we share classroom observations, celebrate milestones, and discuss next steps.
ASQ is strength-based, focusing on what children can do while gently identifying areas where extra support may help—so we can provide early, meaningful support when it matters most.
